CONFLICT OF INTEREST
The African Journal of Business, Management and Social Sciences (AJBMSA) is committed to maintaining the highest standards of integrity, transparency, and ethical publishing. Authors are required to disclose any financial, personal, professional, or institutional relationships that could influence, or be perceived to influence, the research reported in their manuscript.
Potential conflicts of interest may include, but are not limited to:
- Research funding or sponsorship.
- Employment or consultancy related to the research.
- Financial interests, including shares, patents, or royalties.
- Personal or professional relationships that may influence the research or its interpretation.
- Institutional affiliations or competing interests relevant to the study.
All conflicts of interest must be declared at the time of manuscript submission and included in a Conflict of Interest section immediately before the References.
If no conflicts of interest exist, authors should include the following statement:
Conflict of Interest: The authors declare that they have no known competing financial or personal interests that could have appeared to influence the work reported in this paper.
The disclosure of a conflict of interest does not automatically prevent publication. Rather, it promotes transparency and enables the Editorial Team to assess any potential influence on the research.
Failure to disclose relevant conflicts of interest may result in the rejection of the manuscript, withdrawal of an accepted manuscript, or retraction of a published article in accordance with the journal’s publication ethics policies.
